We supported the hotel group in achieving their B2C communication goals in Germany. Strategic communications management with representatives of the media included maintaining the press mailing list and sending press releases. Our duties also included market and media monitoring, continuous reporting and monitoring and support for press events. The aim was to increase the awareness of the brand and the associated houses in the media and among travelers.
